RN is needed immediately to fill a Saturday and Sunday morning and / or evening shift. The hours are from 8:00 AM til around 2:30pm, then from 2:30 pm until 10:30pm. This is a male with cerebral palsy. He is bedbound and total care but has a wonderful personality. He requires turning and positioning, feeding, bathing, and he is incontinent of bowel and bladder. Most of the time he is just put on a pad underneath him, and does not have diapers on, however if the care giver wants to put a diaper on him the it would be ok. He is contracted in his lower extremities as well as arms. He probably weighs less than 100 lbs. and is very easy to care for. Please send resume for immediate consideration.
